We will operate every Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning Nov 18th thru December 30th (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). We open at 5:00pm and run through 9:30pm.

VENDOR OPTIONS:

OPTION #1 / CONSIGNMENT (recommended)

For this option the vendor can setup and decorate a retail display with their products at the Red Nose Ranch and leave products on consignment. If you don't have a retail display that matches our décor, we will help you with one. The vendor does not need to be present or provide nightly staffing. The vendor would need to visit/check their display at least once a week to re-stock product. Vendor’s products will be entered into the POS system of the Red Nose Ranch and all sales will be made through Red Nose Ranch. The Red Nose Ranch will track sales of the Vendor’s products and pay the Vendor for the sales made less a 20% consignment fee. This option is the most popular as the vendor does not need to staff their booth nightly. By agreeing to this option you agree to provide us with product details, suggested retail price and product images ASAP by completing the form below. You further agree to deliver the product to us no later than November 15th.

OPTION #2 / STAFFED BOOTH

For this option the vendor MUST commit to staffing a booth at the Red Nose Ranch on ALL nights of operation. THIS IS A COMMITMENT. The vendor understands that some nights will be very busy and that other nights won’t be as busy. But the vendor is committing to be in attendance and staff their booth every night of operation. Dates of operation are every Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between November 18^th and January 30^th (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day). There is no up-front booth fee, but the vendor will pay the Red Nose Ranch 10% of their gross sales. This option is less popular because of the staffing commitment, but a good option for vendors who offer products or services that require their hands on attention and could not really be offered on consignment. By agreeing to this option you agree to setup your booth and product between Nov 15th and 17th. You further agree to work with us in assuring that your booth is in sync with the look, feel and décor of the Red Nose Ranch (we are willing to help you with this). If you do elect to staff a booth, still please fill out the product form below so that we know more about your product(s) and can help you promote them.

The Red Nose Ranch reserves the right to refuse a vendor and/or certain products based on conflict of interest with another vendor or determining that a certain vendor or product is not compatible with our event or for any other reason.
